About

We're the agency we wish we'd hired.

Four years ago our founder was the doctor you are now — burned by an agency, scared of going online, watching the wrong people own the conversation about his field. So he built the agency he wished existed.

Doctor Jules

A note from Doctor Jules

I started White Coat Media because four years ago I was the doctor you are now, burned by an agency, scared of going online, watching the wrong people own the conversation about my field.

I learned every part of this work because I had to. Now I sell it to other doctors because I'm tired of watching good clinicians lose money, time, and trust to people who don't deserve any of it.

If we're a fit, the audit will tell us. If we're not, you'll keep the roadmap and we'll part as friends.

Principles

What we'll never do. No matter the check.

  1. 01
Run a campaign before reading your state board's ad rules.
  2. 02
Use a stock template and call it a brand.
  3. 03
Promise a follower count by a deadline.
  4. 04
Take work outside our team's HIPAA training.
  5. 05
Hide prices to charge based on how rich you look.
  6. 06
Trap you in a 12-month contract you can't leave.
The team

13 people. All trained in healthcare.

Editors, strategists, writers, designers, and producers — every one of them HIPAA-trained before touching a client account. We hire slowly. We never outsource.

Where we work

Remote. From clinics across the US.

Most of our editors and producers are themselves working clinicians or studio veterans. We coordinate in writing. We meet on Zoom. We ship in Notion. Get in touch.

Next step

Book the audit. See if we're a fit.
